Leonardo Gallery is currently accepting submissions for an upcoming small works exhibition featuring both emerging and established artists working in all media. We encourage artists to propose work that is no larger than 12" x 12" in size.Leonardo Gallery represents both emerging and established artists working within a wide range of conceptual practices and mediums including drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, video and installation, thus ensuring a continued public interest. We encourage work that is socially and critically engaging and we advocate a forum in which artists and viewers can discuss concepts, exchange information, experiences, and ideas. The incentive is not only to inhabit the space, but also to activate it.
The gallery offers the potential for several installations including: the main gallery, a small adjacent gallery, as well as large window display area. We encourage artists to propose conceptual based work to be exhibited within a collective setting.Please submit the following for consideration:
8-10 Images of proposed work: CD, or emailed low-resolution jpgs of your proposed work.
CD Submissions: jpgs or gif files only, image should not exceed 300pixels in any dimension, and be oriented correctly.
SASE- please ensure correct postage for return of slides or CD.
(The gallery assumes no responsibility for images sent without return postage.
Image list (title, medium, size, date, red dot in left corner as one holds slide upright).
Please do not send original artwork.
